WARRANTY

Climaparts products are backed by 1 Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty. In the event a Climaparts product fails due to manufacturing defects during intended use, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, free of charge (excludes shipping charges) for the original purchaser. Please keep your invoice for proof of this warranty.

Warranty offers only replacement of the defective part with another part: no cash refunds and no reimbursement of labor costs, shipping costs or other expenses.

Our products, like anything else, will eventually wear out. So, we do not guarantee it against wearing out.

We'll ask you for pictures and a description of the problem, and then once we receive it we'll give you a final decision.

Items returned for warranty service must be clean. Goods soiled with dirt, blood, or unknown substances may be refused and returned to the sender, or will be assessed a $40 cleaning fee.

Please include a note that explains the issue with your item. Mark areas of concern with masking tape.

This limited warranty does not cover labor costs or incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, physical injuries or property damage, loss of time, loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, rental vehicle charges, towing charges or accommodations resulting from a defect in or failure of the part.

Warranty apply only to the original purchaser of the part, and to the vehicle for which it was listed in our catalog and on which the part should be originally installed.

Replacement under warranty does not extend the warranty term. Warranties begin upon original item delivery.

Installation of the item must be done by a Certified A/C System Technician for your warranty to be valid.

You must submit a work order/invoice for the work done by a Certified A/C System Technician on your vehicle for your warranty to be valid. Written receipts are not acceptable.

You must submit receipts for all parts and materials purchased for your warranty to be valid. Written receipts are not acceptable.

Product returned as defective but determined by us not to be defective will be returned to the customer at customer expense or discarded at customers option.

OUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is only for the contiguous United States that consists of the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. (Federal District), on the continent of North America. This term excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Please request a shipping quote for any location outside of the 48 adjoining U.S. states and we will be happy to quote the shipping for your consideration.

Shipping charges vary with each product depending upon size, weight, and speed of delivery.

To help you in tracking your package, we normally choose a shipping carrier and will post the tracking number in the eBay and PayPal systems. With your tracking number you can follow your part(s) from pickup to delivery.

You can expect your item(s) to be delivered between 1 - 4 business days after your payment has cleared. The transit time depends on where the shipment is going relative to our fulfillment warehouse location.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Apo's, FPO's, or Military Mail Boxes.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Warehouse Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in our warehouse, locate in Miami, FL. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges, and you may be able to get your order faster.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone, or other type of order, you have entered into a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention. We make every effort to maintain the availability of our site. However, should we experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.
