A couple of points on this blower. First, a number of people have said this takes 15 minutes to complete. I would agree with that if I've done it before but most people will be doing this for the first time so I'd say it's closer to a half hour. It's not hard to do at all. It's just being careful about what you are unscrewing and not breaking any of the clips that are holding wiring in place. Some of them come right off and others need to be unfastened. I did find that replacement and assembly was fast because at that point I knew what I was putting back and where everything goes. The only tricky part is getting the glove compartment back in its original spot and lined up correctly. It took a couple of shots but I could see how some could struggle with this a bit.The fan isn't noisey at all IMO as some have reported. The fan that was in there was so loud due to the bearings being shot that I am quite pleased with the volume of noise this replacement brings with it, if you could even call it noise. One other point, another reviewer made a great suggestion of buying the cabin air filter replacements and changing them at the same time. This was a great suggestion since you have the glove box off at the same time. I could not believe the filth (I guess I should have since it's been so long :) ) that I was breathing in. I will never let this go this long again with the amount of debris that was in that compartment!
