Fits perfectly in my Liberty 2007. Recently installed and so far so good. Actually It is indeed a bit noisier than the original, but not serious concern, and the price's difference worth by far. I'm in Brasil and mus say: Great job from Amazon US on processing and delivery the Item in 10 days at my place, including clearance at Customs in Brasil.

Perfect replacement in '05 Wrangler.

Just a note, this is the stock replacement on later TJ Wranglers too. If you keep blowing resistor packs, you should probably invest in one of these (a likely contributor to your issues is a worn-out blower motor which is drawing too much amperage). Fit and works fine.

I have had this blower motor installed in my jeep liberty for 4 years. The motor became noisy after 6 months and has just now quit completely after 4 years. For the price this motor is a good buy but I elected to buy the OEM blower to replace it which is about 3 times the price.

Used this in my 2005 TJ Unlimited and fits like a glove even though its marked for a Liberty

Used this in my 2005 TJ Unlimited and fits like a glove even though its marked for a Liberty. I will concur that this blower motor is a lot louder than my previous one but it also moves more air so it's a trade off. I drive a soft top Wrangler so noise is all relative anyways.

Was the exact fit. I am writing this review several months after I installed it. Still works like a champ.

Great replacement part

Great replacement part. The bearings on my old one were failing and created an electrical burning smell as it would not turn smoothly. New one is great. It was a bear of a part to get to under the passenger dash, but with some determination and an online video, it went ok on the parts swap. Save $150 on the service end alone.

Try resistor first

After reading the reviews I thought I needed a new fan...try the resistor first if you are missing speeds from your control switch. I only had the 4th/high speed. It was fairly easy to replace, just need a Phillips head screwdriver for the front screws holding the panel under the glove box. You can see it on the right side push the tab up and pull the ele connector out. Behind the ele plug housing is a tab you pull down; if you run your finger around the outer ring you can feel when you come to it pull down and twist the motor counter clockwise and it should come out. Put back in the opposite way it was removed. Removing the ele connector was probably the hardest part for me...mine didn't want to slide out. Ended up having to pry it back; just make sure your tab is pushed all the way up.

Moves a lot of air quietly. Came packed well and there are a few YouTube videos that instruct you how to replace the blower.Best part, the stealership wanted $300 for the repair! $150 for the part and 1 1/2 hr. labor @ $100/ hr. All is cost me was the price of the part and 20 minutes of my time, yup 20 minutes is all it took!
